The Aunt that gave me this picture thought it may be one of her two uncle Thomas'
( she left Scilly & Cornwall when only six years old and was not very certain )
So the man could be Thomas Samuel Ellis born 1879 on Tresco Isles of Scilly,
or he could be Thomas James Frost born 1875 on Bryher Isles of Scilly.
Unless of course, someone out there in the wide wide world know any different?
